BACKGROUND

Each electrical system requires drafting a set of drawings of all its components, including the design of electrical drawings for all sectors of the industry, from low voltage to high voltage electric systems. To accomplish this, we must identify the technical characteristics of the system, the requirements and components that may be required to design and develop the maps and connection diagrams.

For the implementation of an electrical grids project in any sector, SOLUTE focuses on the design of electrical drawings for low, medium and high voltage grids as well as collector substations and high voltage aerial lines for onshore wind parks Also, SOLUTE has experience in the design of electrical drawings and integration of renewable energy in industrial, commercial, domestic and agricultural sectors, and DC electric grids for solar parks. 

Given the need to develop and implement any new electric system, we must have drawings, technical diagrams and the connections of components (structural and mechanical) so that, in the event modifications are required, the electrical drawings can be redesigned. 

With the aim of developing electrical drawings, tools such as AutoCAD Electrical are used, for new drawings as well as to adapt electrical schematics and connections, which shall be reviewed prior to their implementation.

Además, SOLUTE cuenta con experiencia en el diseño de planos eléctricos e integración de energía renovable en los sectores industriales, comercial, doméstica y agricultura, y de red eléctrica de corrientes continuas para parques de solares.

Ante la necesidad de desarrollar e implementar cualquier nuevo sistema eléctrico, es preciso tener planos, diagramas técnicos y conexiones de componentes, estructurales y mecánicos, que, en el caso de requerir modificaciones, conllevan un diseño nuevo en los planos eléctricos.

Con el fin de desarrollar planos eléctricos, se emplean herramientas como AutoCAD Electrical, tanto para planos nuevos como para la adaptación de esquemas eléctricos y conexiones, que se revisarán previamente antes de su implementación.


RESULTS

The aim is to offer a design and development of electric grid plans that are guaranteed in terms of quality for a proper operation of the installations.

EXPERIENCE

SOLUTE's experience in this area is very recent. In 2021 we began designing and developing electric grids and we have successfully completed a high voltage aerial lines design project for the power transmission of five wind parks.

First the technical characteristics of the system must be identified as well as create a list of requirements and components that could be compatible with said system.

METHODOLOGY

To carry out this type of task, first the technical characteristics of the system must be identified as well as create a list of requirements and components that could be compatible with said system. Then, an initial drawing is designed using different tools such as AutoCAD or EPLAN, and delivered to the customer for them to review and finalise the drawings. Once the proposal is validated, the final design is drafted.

The expected result is that electrical drawings are drafted (in AutoCAD or other software) along with an official report, that are then sent to the customer proposing technical characteristics to be used in executing the plan.
