The present Site is purposed to provide some corporative and general information about SOLUTE’s main business activities, as well as its offered products and services to all clients, suppliers, as well as general public. Furthermore, SOLUTE abides by its publicity, access and transparence obligations, according to current regulation.

The purpose of the Legal Document of the Site is to regulate both the access to said Site as well as the disclosure of the information and business relationships that arise between SOLUTE and the Site Users.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

In the case of any dispute or discrepancy concerning the interpretation of this Legal Document, SOLUTE and the User, expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may be entitled with, and they submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts that may correspond to the User, provided that User acts as consumer. Otherwise, SOLUTE and the User, expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply, and both submit themselves to the jurisdictions of Courts of the city of Madrid capital.
