SOLUTE ha anunciado la adquisici\u00f3n de interMET<\/a>, empresa especializada en la instalaci\u00f3n y monitorizaci\u00f3n de estaciones meteorol\u00f3gicas, con m\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas de experiencia en el sector.<\/p>

El objetivo principal de esta transacci\u00f3n es ampliar y fortalecer la cartera de servicios de SOLUTE en el campo de la predicci\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica, integrando la experiencia y las herramientas desarrolladas por interMET para complementar las capacidades actuales de la compa\u00f1\u00eda bajo su marca de servicios de predicci\u00f3n, Aphelion.<\/p>

Con una trayectoria de m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os, interMET ha entregado proyectos de referencia<\/strong> en \u00e1reas como la modelizaci\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica, el an\u00e1lisis climatol\u00f3gico aplicado y la implementaci\u00f3n de sistemas de alerta temprana, sus soluciones han apoyado sectores como la energ\u00eda, la gesti\u00f3n de emergencias, la planificaci\u00f3n territorial y las infraestructuras cr\u00edticas, lo que les ha permitido consolidar una s\u00f3lida reputaci\u00f3n de excelencia t\u00e9cnica <\/strong>y confiabilidad operativa<\/strong>.<\/p>
