As a solution to the logistic problem and expenses derived from the access to visual information related with assets, SOLUTE generates enriching virtual visits with technical and commercial content to optimise internal office processes in different sectors. By accessing the installations and collecting high definition graphic material, virtual spaces are recreated including specific information about each asset/installation, providing technicians and customers an intuitive access without them needing to travel.
A common problem experienced by companies with industrial installations separated from the technical office, where complex and costly procedures result in a lack of knowledge as well as access to operating data about the assets. The service offered by SOLUTE brings this knowledge closer and optimises processes that would otherwise take much longer to carry out.
The use of advanced digital tools makes this solution possible, which is in part solved currently by conducting expensive visits to the sites, searching for outdated and unclear data files or even making decisions without possessing all the necessary information.
This technology is also applicable to tourism businesses, which are able to offer their services with a preview of an installation, provide information and sell their products, avoiding the need to travel and reaching a larger audience.

METHODOLOGY
SOLUTE offers a complete solution involving the virtualisation of spaces and generation of working tools, with integrated information and content that is easy to access, using state of the art hardware for capturing and digitising any environment (industrial, rural, heritage...) as well as software to process the data and personnel qualified to access industrial installations, specifically for the wind energy sector.
Through 3D scans and 360 photographs, each one of the interior and exterior areas of the installation or asset is digitised as required by the project. This geometric data and high resolution images are processes at the office using advanced filtering and image processing software through Artificial Intelligence.
With the composition of spherical images, a virtual path is created of each area, creating a sense of movement inside the installation with a fluid movement, thanks to the large number of records taken in the field to achieve a full view.
The versatility of the software that is used allows SOLUTE to include the intake of technical files in the project with a file classification system, rendered 3D shapes, detailed 2D images, informative videos, connection to databases and ERPs, sale of products, e-learning platform, as well as other possibilities.
