Forecasting

General objective: to develop a web platform and an application that allows users to consult kilometre-resolution weather forecasts and, for clients, to obtain accurate forecasts in small geographical areas of interest to them. This will involve research and development of: limited area model meteorological software, machine learning techniques, and local atmospheric phenomena that cause specific atmospheric behaviour in small geographical environments.
