Introduction

The present Privacy Policy has been written by the corporation Etulos Solute, S.L. (hereinafter, “Solute”), duly registered in Mercantil Registry of Madrid, Volume 22355, Book 0, Folio 124, Section 8, Sheet M-399174, Registry 1, with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-84591437 and with corporate address at Avenue Cerro del Águila, 3 building 2, office 1C2. This Privacy Policy is accessory to the Legal Document.

The mere fact of being User of this Site, under the terms of the Legal Document; the User, conscious and duly informed, agrees fully the eventual submission voluntarily of User`s personal data though the Site, it might deem appropriate. In case the Users, where appropriate, Registered Users, conscious and duly informed, may be interested in submitting, freely and voluntarily, their CV in the Job Opportunities Channel or through any way Solute provides in the Site, the User agrees and grants to Solute an express and unequivocal consent for evaluate their personality character and professionalism within restricted scope of the actual or future human resources selection process, based on all those information provided relating to professional experience, educational level, language skills and other useful information.

With respect “cookies”, Solute recognize the existence and generation by the sole act of access the Site and those are stored in the user computer. Solute ensures those small pieces of information are not be able to have access to information contained in the hard drive or other physical devices connected to User`s computer. Not accepting cookies prevent the operation of the user by the Web Site. The User has at all times the ability to administer and manage the generation of “cookies” through appropriate choices made available by the Internet.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. In the case of any dispute or discrepancy concerning the interpretation of this Privacy Policy, Solute and the User, expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may be entitled with, and they submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts that may correspond to the User, provided that User acts as consumer. Otherwise, and in the event that the User is a resident out of Spain, Solute and the User, expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply, and both submit themselves to the jurisdictions of Courts of the city of Madrid capital.
